1. Acceptance

By activating your Personal LIGHT, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Content ownership

You retain ownership of your photo and text. By submitting, you grant People of Light a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform.

3. Prohibited content

You may not upload photos or text that contain explicit sexual content, hate speech, violence, or material that violates any applicable law.

4. Moderation

All submissions are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove content without notice.

5. Deletion

You may request deletion of your LIGHT at any time by contacting privacy@peopleoflight.org. Deletion is processed within 30 days.

6. Limitation of liability

People of Light is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, with GDPR standards applied for EU residents.
